The submission of any film, print, slide, photo CD or computer disk for processing or any other service or purpose will constitute an AGREEMENT by you that if any film, print, slide, photo CD or computer disk is damaged or lost by us or any related company, it will be replaced with an equivalent amount of unexposed film.

Except for such replacement, the handling of such film, print, slide, photo CD or computer disk is WITHOUT WARRANTY OR LIABILITY even though damage or loss was caused by negligence or other fault.
